Terms of Service

LexITLaw ("the Platform") is an AI-assisted legal document drafting service operated in India. LexITLaw enables users to generate draft legal notices and book consultations with registered advocates. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

LexITLaw ("प्लेटफॉर्म") भारत में संचालित एक AI-सहायता प्राप्त कानूनी दस्तावेज़ ड्राफ्टिंग सेवा है। LexITLaw उपयोगकर्ताओं को मसौदा कानूनी नोटिस तैयार करने और पंजीकृत अधिवक्ताओं से परामर्श बुक करने में सक्षम बनाता है। इस प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करके, आप इन सेवा शर्तों ("शर्तें") से बंधे होने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।

LexITLaw is a technology platform, not a law firm. LexITLaw does not practise law and is not authorised to do so.

• Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate.
• Use of this Platform does not create an advocate-client relationship between you and LexITLaw.
• AI-generated notices are draft documents only. You must have them reviewed by a qualified advocate before sending or relying upon them.
• LexITLaw makes no representation that any document generated will be legally effective, enforceable, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use this Platform. By using LexITLaw, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

इस प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करने के लिए आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और आप भारतीय कानून के तहत बाध्यकारी अनुबंध करने में सक्षम होने चाहिए। LexITLaw का उपयोग करके आप यह प्रतिनिधित्व और वारंटी देते हैं कि आप इन आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हैं।

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide through this Platform.
• Ensuring the generated notice accurately reflects the facts of your matter before it is used.
• Complying with all applicable laws when using or sending any document generated by LexITLaw.
• Not using this Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, or improper purpose.
• Not submitting false, fabricated, or misleading information to generate any document.

LexITLaw generates documents based solely on the information you provide. We do not independently verify any facts or claims.

आप अकेले इसके लिए उत्तरदायी हैं:

• इस प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से आपके द्वारा प्रदान की गई सभी जानकारी की सटीकता, पूर्णता और सत्यता।

Notices generated on this Platform are produced using large language model AI technology. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• LexITLaw does not guarantee that any generated notice is legally valid, court-ready, or fit for any particular purpose.
• You must independently verify all legal citations, statutes, and procedural requirements before acting on any generated document.
• LexITLaw expressly recommends that every generated notice be reviewed by a qualified advocate prior to dispatch.

इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर तैयार नोटिस बड़े भाषा मॉडल AI तकनीक का उपयोग करके बनाए जाते हैं। आप स्वीकार करते हैं और सहमत होते हैं कि:

• AI द्वारा तैयार सामग्री में त्रुटियां, चूक, या अशुद्धियां हो सकती हैं।

Where LexITLaw facilitates consultations with registered advocates:

• Consultations are provided by independent, registered advocates and not by LexITLaw.
• LexITLaw acts solely as a scheduling and payment intermediary.
• The advocate-client relationship, if any, is exclusively between you and the advocate you consult.
• LexITLaw is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any advice given during a consultation.
• Consultation slots are subject to advocate availability and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

All payments on the Platform are processed securely by Razorpay in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines.

• Document Downloads: Payments for document downloads are non-refundable once the document has been generated and made available for download.
• Consultations: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your consultation booking at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
• Service Non-Delivery: If LexITLaw is unable to deliver a paid service due to a technical failure on our part, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Refund requests must be submitted by contacting LexITLaw support with your order reference number.

प्लेटफॉर्म पर सभी भुगतान लागू RBI दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार Razorpay द्वारा सुरक्षित रूप से संसाधित किए जाते हैं।

• दस्तावेज़ डाउनलोड: एक बार दस्तावेज़ तैयार और उपलब्ध होने के बाद भुगतान वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
• परामर्श: यदि आप निर्धारित समय से कम से कम 4 घंटे पहले रद्द करते हैं तो पूर्ण धनवापसी दी जाएगी। 4 घंटे के भीतर रद्द करने या न आने पर कोई धनवापसी नहीं।
• सेवा अनुपलब्धता: यदि तकनीकी विफलता के कारण LexITLaw सेवा प्रदान नहीं कर पाता, तो 5-7 कार्य दिवसों में पूर्ण धनवापसी की जाएगी।
• सभी मूल्यों में लागू GST शामिल है। मूल्य भारतीय रुपये (INR) में प्रदर्शित हैं।
• धनवापसी अनुरोध अपने ऑर्डर संदर्भ संख्या के साथ LexITLaw सपोर्ट को भेजे जाने चाहिए।

LexITLaw takes your privacy seriously and processes your data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

• Case details and form inputs you provide for notice generation are transmitted to our AI provider for processing only. They are not stored on LexITLaw servers after your session ends.
• Contact information (name, phone, email) provided for consultation bookings is retained solely to confirm and manage your appointment.
• Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay and is subject to Razorpay's privacy policy. LexITLaw does not store card or UPI credentials.
• We do not sell, lease, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• By using this Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described above.

LexITLaw आपकी गोपनीयता को गंभीरता से लेता है और भारत के डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2023 (DPDP अधिनियम) के अनुसार आपके डेटा को संसाधित करता है।

• नोटिस तैयार करने के लिए दिए गए मामले के विवरण और फॉर्म इनपुट केवल प्रसंस्करण के लिए हमारे AI प्रदाता को भेजे जाते हैं और आपका सेशन समाप्त होने के बाद LexITLaw सर्वर पर संग्रहीत नहीं किए जाते।
• परामर्श बुकिंग के लिए प्रदान की गई संपर्क जानकारी केवल आपकी नियुक्ति की पुष्टि और प्रबंधन के लिए रखी जाती है।
• भुगतान डेटा विशेष रूप से Razorpay द्वारा संभाला जाता है। LexITLaw कार्ड या UPI क्रेडेंशियल संग्रहीत नहीं करता।
• हम विपणन उद्देश्यों के लिए आपका व्यक्तिगत डेटा तीसरे पक्षों को नहीं बेचते, पट्टे पर नहीं देते, या साझा नहीं करते।
• इस प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करके, आप ऊपर वर्णित अनुसार अपने व्यक्तिगत डेटा के प्रसंस्करण के लिए सहमति देते हैं।

The notice document generated for you based on your inputs is yours to use for your personal legal matter. LexITLaw retains all rights in and to:

• The Platform, its design, interface, and underlying code.
• The prompt templates, AI configurations, and workflows used to generate documents.
• The LexITLaw name, logo, and all associated branding.

You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of this Platform without prior written consent from LexITLaw.

आपके इनपुट के आधार पर आपके लिए तैयार नोटिस दस्तावेज़ आपके व्यक्तिगत कानूनी मामले के लिए उपयोग करने के लिए आपका है। LexITLaw इनमें सभी अधिकार बनाए रखता है:

• प्लेटफॉर्म, इसका डिज़ाइन, इंटरफेस, और अंतर्निहित कोड।
• दस्तावेज़ तैयार करने के लिए उपयोग किए गए प्रॉम्प्ट टेम्पलेट, AI कॉन्फ़िगरेशन, और वर्कफ़्लो।
• LexITLaw नाम, लोगो, और संबद्ध ब्रांडिंग।

LexITLaw की पूर्व लिखित सहमति के बिना आप इस प्लेटफॉर्म के किसी भी हिस्से को पुनः प्रस्तुत, पुनः बेच, या पुनः वितरित नहीं कर सकते।

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• LexITLaw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this Platform or any document generated herein.
• LexITLaw's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• LexITLaw is not liable for the outcome of any legal proceedings, notice, or action taken in reliance on a document generated by this Platform.
• LexITLaw is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

लागू कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक:

• LexITLaw इस प्लेटफॉर्म के आपके उपयोग या यहां तैयार किसी भी दस्तावेज़ से उत्पन्न किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष, अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, परिणामी, या विशेष नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
• किसी भी दावे के लिए LexITLaw की आपके प्रति कुल देयता उस विशिष्ट सेवा के लिए आपके द्वारा भुगतान की गई राशि से अधिक नहीं होगी।
• LexITLaw इस प्लेटफॉर्म द्वारा तैयार दस्तावेज़ पर निर्भर करके की गई किसी भी कानूनी कार्यवाही के परिणाम के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है।
• LexITLaw आपके द्वारा प्रदान की गई गलत या अधूरी जानकारी से होने वाले किसी भी नुकसान, क्षति, या कानूनी परिणाम के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है।

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LexITLaw, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any inaccurate or false information you provided; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

आप LexITLaw, इसके निदेशकों, कर्मचारियों, और सहयोगियों को किसी भी दावे, देनदारियों, नुकसान, हानि, और खर्चों (उचित कानूनी शुल्क सहित) से क्षतिपूर्ति करने, बचाव करने, और हानिरहित रखने के लिए सहमत हैं जो इनसे उत्पन्न होते हैं: (a) प्लेटफॉर्म का आपका उपयोग या दुरुपयोग; (b) इन शर्तों का आपका उल्लंघन; (c) आपके द्वारा प्रदान की गई कोई गलत या झूठी जानकारी; या (d) किसी तीसरे पक्ष के अधिकारों का आपका उल्लंघन।

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LexITLaw does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

प्लेटफॉर्म और सभी सेवाएं किसी भी प्रकार की व्यक्त या निहित वारंटी के बिना, "जैसी है" और "जैसी उपलब्ध है" आधार पर प्रदान की जाती हैं। LexITLaw यह वारंटी नहीं देता कि प्लेटफॉर्म निर्बाध, त्रुटि-मुक्त, या वायरस या हानिकारक घटकों से मुक्त रहेगा।

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at New Delhi, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित और उनके अनुसार व्याख्यायित होंगी। इन शर्तों से उत्पन्न किसी भी विवाद को पहले सद्भावना वार्ता के अधीन किया जाएगा। यदि 30 दिनों में अनसुलझा रहे, तो विवादों को मध्यस्थता और सुलह अधिनियम, 1996 के तहत मध्यस्थता के लिए भेजा जाएगा, जिसकी सीट नई दिल्ली, भारत होगी।

LexITLaw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

LexITLaw किसी भी समय इन शर्तों को संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। परिवर्तन प्लेटफॉर्म पर पोस्ट होने पर प्रभावी होंगे। परिवर्तनों के बाद प्लेटफॉर्म का निरंतर उपयोग संशोधित शर्तों की आपकी स्वीकृति का प्रतीक है। हम आपको इन शर्तों को समय-समय पर समीक्षा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करते हैं।
